You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
3. Subscriptions
For subscription products, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for the current billing period are available if requested within 14 days of the most recent charge.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@athanoros.com with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Once approved, funds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse of this policy, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
