1. Agreement
By accessing or using any services provided by Athanor ("we", "us", "our") through athanoros.com or any associated products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Athanor provides software tools, intelligence services, and digital products ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
4. Payment & Billing
Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription or one-time basis. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Paddle handles sales tax, VAT, and invoicing on our behalf.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Services; (c) interfere with the operation of the Services; (d) resell access without written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Athanor or its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you provide to us.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athanor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
